We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, excluding P.O. Boxes, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, and remote areas. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and valid for successful delivery.
We work with trusted shipping partners like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Shopify Shipping. Your order will be shipped using the most reliable and efficient option based on your location and order size.
Orders are processed within 24 to 36 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Express options may arrive sooner depending on your selection at checkout.
Frozen items are shipped with temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product quality during transit. These items may be shipped separately and might arrive faster or slower than other products in your order.
All orders are shipped from our North Carolina warehouse. In some cases, select frozen items may be shipped directly from our supplier’s location to ensure optimal freshness.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
